• Made-to-order gowns: 2-3 months, depending on design and availability

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping

• Please note that while we carefully pack and dispatch all orders in good condition, delivery is handled by third-party couriers selected by us. In the rare event that goods are damaged or compromised during transit, we will take full responsibility for follow-up with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue promptly.
