Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the delicate and often made-to-order nature of wedding gowns, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
- Approved returns must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing selected by the customer or change of mind.
Warranty
- Ann D Rose guarantees gowns are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.
- It does not cover wear and tear, alterations, improper storage, or cleaning.
- Warranty claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
