Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the delicate and often made-to-order nature of wedding gowns, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
• Approved returns must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original packaging with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
• We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing selected by the customer or change of mind.

Warranty

• Ann D Rose guarantees gowns are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
• This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.
• It does not cover wear and tear, alterations, improper storage, or cleaning.
• Warranty claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
